Well the weekend wasn't as bad as I thought or at least no affect yet. I got to get super strict though. Feeling fatter but the scale hasn't changed. So challenging with this shit knee of mine. Anyways it might be time to double up the workouts for a while.
Still 137 lb after official weigh day . Iam training every day and lifting heavy weights and eating 5-6 small meals a day I feel and look better but the scales are not moving
We were doing the same workout for about 3 months and my wife could not lose anymore weight. She changed her workout and went to the venus diet and workout and lost 4 pounds the first week. I think just changing it up some helps, she has an app on her phone and it changes her workout just a little every time.
This isn't a bad thing. Sometimes that happens. The mirror or a taking a picture of yourself, can more often paint a better picture of your accomplishments then the number on the scale. Also, when you go up and down easily, based on 1 or 2 bad days of drinking and/or eating, your foundation might now be as strong as it should be. Seeing a steady decline is much better. 10 pounds lost, at 2.25 pounds per week, is much better than 1 week of losing 5 pounds, and then gaining 3 of it back the following. Also, when you have the better base, it is better on vacation. Keeping the weight training up helps with this a lot. The food and the drinking effect you less. Much better to be prepared to eat and drink, and look good the whole time. Much better then looking great for the first 2 days, then losing it because of all the extra stuff you are consuming.
Know my P.T tells me all the time not to weigh my self go off your clothes and how I feel muscle weights more then fat . He wouldn't weigh me put I insised on it

Good for you. I applaud your dedication. I started working out recently. Last week, every night I looked at the elliptical. This week, with any luck, I will turn it on. lol
