I was looking at the TTR website and I saw that you can check-in 15days prior to your arrival. Has anyone used this before? Also, does your reservation hold up and you actually stayed in the room you reserved on the website? Last March we stayed right above Paty Os and it was definitely an experience lol. Pre check in suppose to make it faster and easier at arrival desk. I always do it and check in is fast. I never checked in without it.
It's never mind a difference to us still had to fill the forms out when I got there . But I still do pre check in each time
Ok thanks, what block do you recommend to stay? I read some posts and folks mentioned how much they liked to stay by the quiet pool.
quiet pool is if the far away , but the resort is not too big. depends when you go and what rooms are available on weather or not they will fulfill your request. doessn't hurt to ask
I did express check-in from the web site back in September 2014, all worked out fine. But this time I tried that 3 times, never getting a confirmation in email. When arrived at the front desk, I had to check-in slowly, the old way.
We check in next week on the 23rd . Just did our express check in and got the confirmation email back instantly . Last year was our first visit and we asked (based on opinions on here ) for a room at the quiet pool area as once we do go to bed we like to sleep . We did get a room exactly where we asked the only problem was it had twin beds not a double or king .No biggie in the grand scheme of things .. Yes, filling out the Express Check-In via the Temptation website can be beneficial, usually not the case however. We have used it each of the half dozen times we have gone, it has helped with check-in just one of those times. Your online reservation will hold up, if you booked "Ocean View" or "Jacuzzi Room" or whatnot. But anything you request with your Express Check-In makes no difference when actually checking in. It all depends on what is available at the time you check-in. Request what and where you want at check-in, if it is available, they will more than likely give it to you.
We try and stay over the quite pool ask for a room in the 1000 over looking the pool if not think the 5000 are quite as well
