This right here should be your ammo flto prove to the resort that dude was the cause of the incident.

Good morning everyone. We just wanted to mention that police was not called because somebody got a broken lip. There is a lot more in the story than the post in cancun care says. Cops were called when the resort staff didnt feel safe themselves with the situation and actions of the people involved.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveninces.

Premier received the report of this the very next morning. For privacy reasons details cant be posted but its a lot different than what it says on CancunCare. When somebody comes looking for trouble please report it to security instead of taking things in your own hands. Their job is to protect the guests and if somebody shows up to make a report with marks of violence they have to work with the (little) evidence they have. The report of the cops also says other things. Please be smart if this kind of situations happen to any of you.

Resort staff didn't feel safe? I'm not sure how drunk dude handled being taken by security but I was fine walking with them to the front and sat in the chair they told me to. Cops were called far before I got there.

For privacy reasons they won't post the report? Well, I give my full permission for them to release the report.

This was a response from someone who saw the aftermath that day. I have no idea if any of it is true or not.. Just reposting what was written on FB..


I normally do not post or respond to drama but........we happened to have been at the resort at this time frame. First, I want to say that we did not see the actual "incident". As we were leaving the beach and handing in our towels we did see the culture of what was going on around the pool. We did have a conversation with some friends who did see it and they shared with us what they saw. With that being said there are somethings different that they told us from the original post. 1. There was blood all over the place and on the "drunk single guy" 2. The "drunk single guy" tried to apologize.3. A resort security officer was pushed into the pool and at that time they called the Cancun police. 4. The couple kept saying that they were "members" so they did nothing wrong. 5. At this time they were all removed. You have to remember what time of day this was, late in the afternoon with a lot of alcohol that was drank by this time. There was a much larger presence of security this year than there has been in the past. In the afternoon there were times where I saw at least 3 resort security present. Which has been a complaint of mine in the past which I shared with the resort in multiple emails two years ago.

 

So actually if this is the case then the whole story just change.

Whaaaaaat?!

Blood?!? a security guy pushed in the pool? This was by the swings, nowhere near the pool.

This post has 200 responses so far with a few people who even witnessed it and many people who at least heard about the incident. Not one mention of blood or a security guard being thrown in the pool. Who comes up with this shit? Someone who didn't even see the event is providing new details to this, ridiculous.

Anyone who actually saw this can you please chip in?
