Agree with you Joel. It is probably the only benefit I can think of from sub freezing temperatures. -22 degrees right now in S. Ontario.

I almost hate to say this to all you folks in the east but! The weather in Calgary is great for Feb, the sun is shining and it is 5 degrees! We had a record high of 15 last week Of course that doesn't mean we aren't looking forward to April

 

Cold messy rainy day here today in Mississippi ! Right on the rain/ice line. Oh well 55 days or 8 more Sundays til party time !

 

Yay. 2.months -6 days for us.

I'm just honestly curious if this is sarcasm or if you're actually happy about that weather??? Born and raised in Florida and am currently whining because my high is predicted to be below 70F three days this week! Can't even fathom being happy about the weather you described!!!

Obviously, we go to Cancun to escape normal life, not the weather! Can't wait to meet all you cold weather folks!! :sunny:

 

Unfortunately for some of us a normal life is cold weather. At least 7 or 8 months of the year.lol

 

LOL! I suppose so. We do have humidity, hurricanes and mosquitoes to deal with, so it's not perfect here either. I just always imagined people from cold weather places would be happy when it was above freezing...being happy for single digits was downright shocking :icon_eek:
