the people that can make big decisions at TTR may not be working on the week end???

 

We posted it on Premier by Original facebook... its been seen and people are ...hmmm let me say a bit upset... wait and see how long it takes I guess to be deleted.. and I will post it again,, side note surprised how many folks don't know about CC... weird or what...LOL

 

I have noticed the same on Steve,s FB site,, when you mention CC ,, they go ''whhhatt?''

all posts are ''shared'' by them , so nothing gets on without them authorizing it

 

Very bad customer relations to let this happen to a customer. This is regardless of the situation. The front desk must have known what was going to happen.

You have to take some care of your loyal, paying customers.
