    35 min of treadmill done today as well.

    Said that I've burn 249 calories but I don't really think it's accurate.. so I always remove 50 calorie per 30 min so it will give me an average.

    Did jogging on it more than yesterday.. my plan is to do 50 % of time jogging.

    I might try the c 25 K my sister did and she said that at the end it's really hard.

    Anyways.. I feel like my body is really in pain but I know next week I'll feel way better.

    Didn't lost or gain any weight

    Anyways will see =)

    Sounds great!

    But don't think too much about the number is says for calories burned. It's doesn't know your specifics so the machine is just making a programmed guess. Try to focus more on checking your heart rate during your cardio. I don't know your specifics, and what your rate normally is when you are exercising, but try to focus and keep your hate rate above 145 for your workout. You can also throw 1-2 minute intervals in where you are running fast on increasing the incline that get you heart rate higher, like 160, for alternating short periods of time. Doing this is extremely effective for weight loss, and it make the not-high intervals feel so much easier.

    I agree with Loopy, we do a 40 minute hill climb at about 3.5-4.0 mph (fast walk)and it works. On the elliptical we do intervals, 2 minutes hard then 2 minutes easier, I also go as fast as I can for the last 20 seconds of every odd minute just to make it tougher.

    My heart beat around 56-58 times a minutes =)
    While running maybe around 125-130

    Anyways, Order the gps forerunner + the heart and foot pod :)

    Will see supposed to get it next week =)

    Then I did the c25K week 1 day 1 today 25 min after dinner and a protein shake right afte with 2 bottles of water. Now I fell like I run the marathon bahaha

    There is a good app that help me improve my running its similar to HIIT
    it tells you when to run walk sprint it has 3 different levels easy enough for just starting out its called Runing for weight lose give that a try on the treadmill hill

    Down another 1lb . Total of 12 lbs and just fit my 28 inch jeans. Life is good.

    Down 3.4 lbs this week. Couldn't have possibly eaten healthier or worked out harder this week but 3.4 is actually the worst week I've had since I've started. Just at that point where the lbs start coming off slower I guess. 6 days til Cancun and eating and drinking way too much. Going to have to dance like a crazy person at Paty O to burn it all off!

    So today I loat like 4 pounds but I know because I drank too much wine yesterday and Feel like shitty today. -.- anyways will try to at least walk on the threadmill today when my head will stop spinning -.-
