Not all my are CC friends are Time share owners , and most that are understand what I,m saying. Couldn't care less whether or not someone is a member or not, ( I have considered it in the past, and might again in the futer ). (for some it works and others not). I just don't like it when people exaggerate and lie ( by omission) on how great (rate) it is , just because they have a financial interest in it. I just asked a polite legitimate question to someone posting a member/rate they paid , and I was told I was ''Getting OLD'', I did not start this. A member (Jeff) did , protecting his investment. :sofa:

Econ 101...supply and demand. The closer the calendar gets to the dates you want, the fewer rooms are available...low supply...high demand...higher prices (especially in high season like March). This is true for All Inclusives most of all, because all the food and drink is free once you're there. There is a variable expense to the resort for each room that is filled (you two eating three meals and drinking free booze, staff to clean your room), so why discount a last minute room just to break even? Cruise ships are different, because they're trying to sell you booze, jewelry and souvenirs 24 hours a day (they view passengers as just a vessel to carry a credit card)...so they always want to sail full (full ships also help with the fixed expense of fuel)...and will drop prices as a sailing gets closer.
How would you know Donald!!! what makes you think you know anything re: membership... what pisses us off is you go off half cocked going on about something you really know nothing about... and rather than ask questions you accuse people of telling lies, omitting info. We've known you for years and not once have you asked about our membership...not that we would be bothered to tell you anymore... because you don't listen... you think you know it all... When you have NO IDEA !!!!
