I Start back in august at 204-205 pounds... and I'm 174.4 today... ( eat too much salt ). Want to be around 165 for april that will be great. Bought a crosswalker so I can do a little bit of cardio ! 40 pounds that's will be great.. I wish I can be at 150 but now it's too late.
At the end of March I was 219 and she was 178, stopped drinking beer (went to Vodka)gave up pizza 3 to 4 times a week and started eating grilled chicken and vegetables. Been working out 4-5 times per week and my lowest (last week) was 181 and hers was 141. but we were in Atlantic City for the past weekend so we are up a few and have to get back on it.
You said it! The kid was my excuse for the longest time. Our son just turned 13 and has started going to the gym with me. That was a huge help. Something we can do together rather than feeling guilty for missing out on time spent with him at the gym every night.
Ok I'm dead... Treadmill receved. It's a cheap one from walmart.. but if I really used it I might buy a better one .. Still does the job.. So, 45 min on it. ( watching half a movie at the same time. ). Will say I burn around 200 calories as I jogg maybe 25-30 minutes on the 45 minutes. ( Order the garmin watch with the foot pod today so I'll get accurate result. Plus I clean the house.. and now I'm making supper.. I'm defenitely burn today !
