    I don't really believe in those '' supplement ''

I take green extract supplement and shake.

Creatine isn't that good for your body if it's take in large doses. ( I know our body product somes, but isn't safe to take alot from '' chemical '' powder mix !!

I met someone well my ex was taking so much of creatine and stuff like that today he's about 300 pounds of fat lol .. But I don't really care as it my ex from 7 almost 8 years ago ..

We all make mistake and that was one !! 6 months waiste lol

CLK is a fat burner, it is like CLA. It targets and helps break down large fat cells and deposits (helpful for the stomach area). I have found zero negative effects.

Yea I know some people don't like the caffeine you find in some stimulant pills. In this case, and if you work out for a while (like more than an hour), it is good to get a pre-workout. They give you an energy boost, and can help kick your workouts to the next level. This is normally helpful with that last 5-10 pounds you just can't lose to reach your target weight. If you work out hard, these types of products don't affect your attitude, and you pretty much burn them off during your workout and the hour or so after.

I have used some of these before, mostly the C4. Best Pre-Workout Supplements - 2015 Top 10 List.

Yes, like I said I don't really recommend creatine for girls, but it can be very helpful for muscle growth if taken correctly, and your workouts need to justify using it. Taking large amounts and heavy lifting is not smart for losing weight.

One of the most important and basic parts of my recommendation are the 2 types of protein. Protein starves fat(that’s a fact), and working out hard, and eating the proper amount of protein to go along with your diet and exercise can be extremely helpful.

In about a year and a half, using just my recommendations in my first post, eating correctly(actually eating more food), and 1.5-2 hours of exercise 5-6 days a week(half cardio and half weights). I made the transformation below. I am no expert, but I do know a little bit about what I am talking about.

Also, I never stopped drinking booze/beer....you got to have a reason to live, or the weight-loss is pointless.

I don't currently. Losing 5lbs/week just counting calories and working my ass off. Probably will when I get down to my last 10-15lbs but I've got a ways to go before then.

Impressive results! I used to compete in powerlifting (forever ago). When I quit I was sick of carrying all the weight and cut from 260 down to 190 in 6 months. Took me around 14 years to bring that 190 all the way up to 281 last August. Got to 264 by new years and started to get serious about dieting and am down to 234. Hoping to be 225 on the 21st when we go to TTR. Ultimately though I want to get back to 190 or even 180.

Thank you. Defiantly sounds like you are on the right track to meet your goals! I am sure it will make you very happy for your trip.

I was 240 at my heaviest, and got down to 174 in less the two years. That was too skinny for my frame and I looked stupid. A month ago I was 225, and lost 20 pounds training for wing bowl. I should be 195 for my May trip. Which is pretty much where I would like to be.

Things are defiantly more work now at age 32 with having a professional job and a kid, but I have no time for EXCUSES!
