Down 6lbs for the week. Technically 6 days because officially my week ends tomorrow morning. Going out for a wild night with some old friends tonight though so I don't think I want to look at the scale in the morning!
I did the same. 10 days til Cancun and it looks like my wild weekend is going to make it next to impossible to hit the goal I set back in December.
Oh no !! Me either not going tooo well. End of a cold . Anyways, Ate alot of salt yesterday result + 1.8 pounds.. Bought a crosswalk, so as soon as it here, I will do some everyday. Should receive it monday or so ! =)

Well some things that I think that are good for weight loss are: Green tea extract (its like 1, 2, or 3 pills a day) CLK (its like 1, 2, or 3 pills a day) Creatine – (not much of this. Basically twice a day right before and then after workout. I think it was like 1 tbl spoon in 8 oz of water or in your shake) – if you not regular with you workouts, don’t mix this in. Only effective is sticking to a strict plan. Otherwise it will just bloat you. Whey Protein – 2 scoops before workout. 1 scoop after workout. (this is a fast acting protein, it is most effective around your exercise times) – you can throw some PB or a banana in your after shake as well. Casein Protein – 1 scoop after workout(mixed in the shake with the Whey and Creatine). The another shake before bed(1-2 scoops). (this is a slow burning protein, so it works for you overnight since you’re not eating)
