Ok I gotta ask on the signature block comment...been a shitty week and I need a laugh I avoid private ATM's as rule even back home... For the thread...I'd be all over it with the resort just to ensure guest safety. Way too many nut jobs out there. Can deal with a drunk but drunk / nut job is another matter.
On our last trip we stayed in the 1500 block of rooms which are on the perimeter of the resort. One night at about 3am someone knocked on the door. I looked through the peep hole. He was wearing a uniform. I couldn't hear him through the door so I opened it a crack. He then tried to push his way in. I guess he didn't realize that there was a 6'4" 260lb guy on the other side. I pushed right out of the room. I did tell the front desk the next day, but they didn't really seem to care. Either way, be careful regardless.
Man, Donald's reply to the O/P is why I like that dude. Just straight. Not in a "I wanna get with Donald" sort of way, mind, but in a "I wanna get drunk with Donald" sort of way. Just so we're clear.
the same thing happened to another couple that week. we where thier also he got Back from vaca and his account was hacked he put a post on here atm fraud (2v) shooters friend
First night ever at Blue Bay lost my sandals. They were at the front desk the next morning. There are some awesome people there as well.
I should add that I had been lured away by three sirens that night. Don't remember the whole night, but I did wake up with a smile on my face.
i'm inclined to agree with those who see this as a creep impersonating a staff member. if you wanted to get a girl on the downlow as a staff member, the LAST thing you'd do is call their room saying you're on staff and you are looking to get some. All the same go speak with a manager, try to get a different room just to be safe.
