Booking with AlphaRooms?

    Hello all!

    Quick question - Does anybody have experience with booking with Alpharooms? Booked through them for the 1st time (and for our 1st TTR trip) and I've tried to contact them several times with a simply question with no luck. I'm a little worried about our reservation now :( A friend referred them...but reviews online are mixed.

    Booked a second time with them thus year. Their customer service is slow this is their busy season. Takes a few days by email. Try the facebook page as well.

    Have used them and never had a problem with Alpharooms. Many people on this site use them. They are probably just busy.

    Used them many times. Slow to get back. We have never had a problem.

    I tried to use Alpha rooms this year to book our trip but the site kept changing the dates I put in. I found a better deal on Cheapticket.com saved about 300$ booking flight and room with them.

    Booked a couple of times in the past with Alpharooms and never had an issue...their customer service can be slow however. They don't get back to people unless your travel dates are near.

    Solid company.. But about a week before your trip call the resort and confirm your booking

    We had good luck with Alpharooms the first time also, but have been trying to book again lately and are having the same date changing experience. Not sure why but it moves our dates forward or back a couple days. We've tried several different weeks and it does this consistently. I hope we can book with them again as everything went perfect the last time.

    I've noticed that as well and the only thing I can think of is that because it's a site out of the UK it's adjusting the date/time somehow. I've learned to adjust the dates for what I'm searching for (in order to get it to return the dates I actually want).

    Just make your check in date 1 day past. It will come up correctly. Just double check it before you check out. Have no idea why they dont fix this. But, we've never had any problems with them the 3 times we've used them.
