Tired of the diet.. Starting to get angry, and depressed. I may do a day of eating what the hell I want and starting back after... I did have one night break since I start which was on the 30 th of december. So, I know my body he's in need of eating what the hell he wants.. Like chocolate and whatever what. Suppose to get an appointment tomorrow but I had a pretty bad week.... ( ate pizza yesterday . ) So I might just forget about it. Then If I loose about 1 pounnds a week well I should be 165 pounds. I'm really frustrated because Im stock at 17* since 3 weeks now =(
A cheat day will be good for you physically AND mentally. I don't do a full day but one meal every week I eat whatever I want. I think I'd go crazy if I didn't.
Lol Yeah I ate 2 chocolate bar. and for supper I'll do Chicken chop suey with Garlic Ribs. And I may have a hot chocolate tonight. + I feel like I'm starting a freakin cold.. Everything to help out =(
I have 1 cheat meal a week I've stayed the same weight this week but lost 1.1/2% body fat so happy with that
Very impressed with the dedication; counting calories and such. I would like to lose a few pounds before April, just not sure I can muster the discipline. Let me know if the green tea extract works. thx
Green tea is very good for you in many ways weight lose , your health plus it's a antioxidant just google the benefits of green tea there are to many to list on here

I am still at the same weight. Probably my fault cause been eating more bread and junk. I am however down 5 inches 2.5 at my waist. I still feel flabby though. I am gonna go strict again starting today. I want so much more.
