We are planning a trip to TTR the second week of April but are concerned about it being spring break. Does the resort go crazy with 20 yr olds that can't control themselves?
Don't think Spring Breaks run that late in the spring. But from what I can see the resort will be hopping in April.
Spring break is March. I wouldn't waste much more time planning. I understand some nights are already sold out. April is the busiest month.
We've done March twice and heading back for a third. I like the energy of the breakers though found last years bunch to be a bit more conservative. Seems like March is the busy breakers time and it levels off after that., based on other comments.
Most of the US is done with spring break by early-april. Probably a little carry-over, but not enough to matter I think. I understand Mexico spring break season is later than the US though...again, probably not a big impact on TTR. I found that even when bookings were still available even for late March the prices were really high, especially flights...the prices really started to drop going into mid-April...so I picked 4/18-26 to get the best balance of a still busy TTR, lack of frat-boys, decent rates, and not into the heat-wave yet.
