The clocks in Quintana Roo went to EST from CST this morning. There will no longer be Daylight savings time observed.
wonder whether it makes a difference to the time we land now, at the moment it shows 6 hrs behind uk arrive at 2pm,
Just got a update from United we will be landing an hour later in Cancun and leaving to return home an hour later - we are on CST so there is an hour change.
So, I'm a little confused. We booked our trip for April almost four months ago and have a return flight time home. Do you think the airlines will change that time by an hour in order to keep things on track with how they had their plans mapped out four months ago? I guess a call to the airlines would clear it up, but what do you figure happens?
Yep. We just got a notice from the airline today that we arrive in Cancun an hour later and depart from Cancun an hour later. Our flight times departing home and arriving home are the same; the airline is clearly just accounting for the time-zone change.
Its great for the sexy pool .... we had the time change right in the middle of our trip. The first 4 days the sun was gone around 4:00 the final 4 days the sun went down around 5 ! Shitshow should enjoy that ! Have a great rest of the month all !
