Wifey wants some new girls, but we want to come back to TTR in august. For those of you with expertise in this field we have a question. We read About the healing process but how long does it actually take for them to be ready for the TTR atmosphere? How far ahead of time do we really need. She says that she wants to feel comfortable with them being out but is nervous that there is not enough time
Wife says three months was her number to be comfortable showing the new girls off. But once that time was passed, she showed them off every available chance.
Just remember to keep a close eye on them for sunburn. The skin covering the new girls is stretched and sensitive to sun. We were told that to be safe they needed a strong dose of sunscreen for the first year. Pay extra attention to the incisions as they may look healed but can be permanently darkened by premature sun exposure
You should be fine, friend did hers like less then 2 months to go last years trip. She was fine. Lots of sunscreen though.
Just ask a couple ladies around the pool to help to remind her to keep putting sunscreen on. This is a very helpful bunch, so I am sure some might even volunteer to help re-apply ever hour...or 15 minutes, whatever works best.
I went to TTR with 2- month old boobs and did fine! Anything earlier than that though would've been pushing it. Have fun!
I would be happy to be part of the new boobies safety / care team from Feb 7th - 14th. I'm for equality too so any non-new boobies won't be left out either!
