I don't guess there's an International Law about what time it should be and where but certain things are time tested and are proven to work right. So while Indiana (for example) might choose whether to have Daylight Savings Time or not I would be shocked if Indiana could vote on switching from Eastern to Pacific time. There must be some kind of World Police in charge of Time and Temporal Disturbances
Puppet Sex! Funny! Seriously, I remember living in Hawaii. We had to get up at 6:30 am to watch NFL on Sunday. That's really early to start drinking! Even 10 am in California time was Abby Normal for me as a Football fan. These Time Zones must be repaired!
Abby normal...hahahahaha! I hate getting up early for the NFL games, and sometimes 1pm is too early for me. I like the 4pm games, but the Eagles only had like 2 this SHIT season. But I have a bigger problem with the night games. I start getting pumped way too early, spend most of the day at the bar, bring the party back to my house for game time, drink even harder because now the booze is ‘free’ at home, wonder why the tequila bottle is now empty, forget what happens in the 4th quarter, and miss work the next day.
More time to talk in the pool =D So I don't think I'll need to change my watch either =) Woohoo =) ( If I read correctly ).
This was the case up until 2006. Though that changed in 2006 and now the entire state recognizes DST. This used to be confusing for us as we lived near the boarder of Ohio and Indiana. Indiana was in eastern time. But when DST would come it was like traveling between time zones. when crossing the boarder. The only areas prior to 2006 that observed DST were the upper north west near Chicago and the southwest. Durring those DST dates, all of Indiana would be on the same time as central time. That is all gone now as all of Indiana observes DST. Of the contiguous US states, I think only Arizona is unique with DST. I also know that Saskatchewan Canada does not observe DST. There are other oddities in time zones. The island of New Foundland Canada is a half hour off Atlantic Time. India also is only a half hour different from it's neighboring time zones, not an hour like most. One question that I am not sure has been answered. Will Quintana Roo observe DST in 2015 and beyond?
Yes. Just googled it the other day. Time change is now Feb 1st. So we see online this is the EST switch. We are assuming the time will now stay here year round as it's still standard time. Just awesome that we will get that extra hour of sun at the sexy pool!! 3 cheers for sunlit boobies!!
I love the fact that we get an extra hour of sun each day at the sexy pool. Last year, it started to get a little chilly a little too soon. I emailed USA Transfers today and let them know that our flight times changed. They sent new confirmations within the hour.
