Don't worry I done this countless times before trips. Usually when I get stuck I lose an average of 7 inches. Bringing my A game.

So I had posted on FB a pic of myself working out over a month ago I was doing great walking/running on the treadmill no less than a mile a day I had lost 8 lbs and now I think I have plantar fascitis and have my foot in a splint at night pretty bummed.. Needing to get 50 lbs off by Sept our First Trip to Temptations. Any other suggestions. I know this injury is painful and takes awhile to get over
A thread mill can be used to help with foot problems. You can walk side ways, backwards on a slight incline/ 2% To combat sore muscles in the feet. I used to do these as a runner walk side ways on a slow speed kinda side lunges on the threadmill( real slow) walk backwards again real slow speed. Stretch calf muscles a lot . Do seated toe lifts/ taps to work tibialis anterior the front muscle of your legs plantar facititis is cause by very tight calf muscles pulling on the bones. Buy a foot massager and roll your feel often while watching TV. For aerobic keep it going and get on a bike. Keep weight going too. No calf raises with weights. Hope that helps but I suffered with this a little too. It really helps runners as the calves are so prominent.
sorry I've been really busy at the shop. Well Bad news.. Ate everything of what I'm not supposed too. ( race outside home ). good News is, I lost more this week than the past 2 weeks. for a total of 2.4 for this weeks =) + 5 Inch Total !! =D ( 2 only from my shoulder ). 16* here I come 1.8 pounds to go until I change number =) something to feel great about.. 1 month and 3 weeks to go before I stop. Will be a month on the 30th. So I lost 12 pounds.. If I can loose another 12 pounds before march, that's mean I'll be the weight I was 3 1/2 years ago, and since I don't have any race plan, will be easier for me to not eat what I'm not supposed to !! Start to take some green tea extract and carbs & Fat absorber.. Will see if It works =)
I am still down the 6 lbs. This week has been tuff. I wanted more bread this week and working at 6:00am I am tired which is probably why I want the bread. I am also sick of eggs for breakfast. I gotto find more options there that don't have bread in them My stomach feels better though not eating so much bread. I doubt that I will lose this week but as long as I maintain what I did then next week I will do better.
It's amazing how you feel better not eating bread when eating bread feels so damn good! I love bread. It's my downfall
Down another 5.6lbs this week. 20 days and 14lbs to go before TTR! I'm getting really close to the weight where I've gotten stuck in the past. Burning calories shoveling the 11" of snow we just got should help!
