Friend request with no profile pic/pics

don't get me wrong, I totally agree it shouldn't matter, but it does unfortunately in the real world.

On the issue of the O/P, we don't use CCC (or CCS or any other site LOL!) as a hook-up site, so we don't care if people have pics up or not. As someone above posted, anyone could, for instance, snag/copy somebody's hot-looking milf's pics from anywhere and use that one as a profile pic and how would anyone ever know unless they specifically knew/recognized person deopicted, eh?

As a matter of fact, that specifically happened to us, Ha! Not here, but on that AdultFriendFinder.com website, someone nabbed a pic of my hot lady and had it up as their profile pic, posing as my hot blonde lady.

Probably some 57 year old plumber from Toledo named Frank, right? That's creepy....

Just not having apic up at all "might" not be creepy, just sayin'... CCC is not... quite ... Safe For Work.

It is about the deepest discussion we have read or been part of though.

We had the same thing happen to us at AFF. Except the creep actually posted her pics to Craigslist under the mw4m section. No doubt also some gay troll looking for male pics. It wasn't up long and we actually were emailed by someone on a local site saying they saw this.
We have since pulled our pics from AFF.

We love TTR and CCC as much as anyone. We were there in december and are looking to get back as soon as possible. We would love to post some pictures of us having fun at the resort, but as a public figure were your image can destroy you, it makes it impossible for us. It is just the world we live in. People like dig up anything they can on you, to try to better themselves. Posting a few pictures, just to gain a few friends on CCC, is not worth the drama that could come from it. Hope people understand.

Excuse me, doesn't that just contradict everything else that you've said? One of the things that makes TTR great is the wide variety of backgrounds that may have only one thing in common....we all like to have fun and TTR is a place where no one knows you and no one gives a shit! We have TTR friends who are bus drivers, heart surgeons, mechanics, university presidents, janitors, mayors, CEO'S of Fortune 500 companies, etc. At TTR, none of this matters. If you believe that all of these people have nothing to lose by posting their identity, that belief has nothing to do with you being Canadian and everything to do with you being naive. If you believe that those who have careers that keep them from posting shouldn't be at TTR, you just don't understand TTR.

Oh, and this is Sam, not Sindy. She has no problem showing pics, plus, she looks a hell of a lot better than me!!

NO. Nothing I said was contradictory and I never once said people don't have anything to lose. My posts were about the fact that people's private lives are no ones business, but not naïve of the fact that there are people out there that want to wreck people's lives for their own ill gain. If people don't want to post pictures of themselves at CCC that's fine. We don't care either way.
But if people want to go they will go and that's great. But remember TTR is NOT a lifestyle resort. It's just a place where swingers go. I am sure there are many people who go to TTR, who are not in the LS, who would take exception to being called swingers just because they go there, and we have met many. TTR is nothing more than an open minded party resort for adults of which there is nothing like anywhere else. This isn't Hedo Sam.
