Any suggestions for the best sunscreen for lips ? Each year my lips get burned and I end up with blisters! With so much water and drinking it's hard to keep anything on my lips... Suggestions please !!

Let me get in first with he obligatory 'what lips are blistered... And are you sure it's from the sun'. Joke....

    But seriously...

Banana Boat makes a spf 50 lip balm that I've used before. It stays on pretty well. Don't see it in stores much but I got it on Amazon last time.

Ha yes I'm pretty sure it's from the sun ! It just seems that regular sunscreen doesn't do the trick for my lips

I use Neutrogena revitalizing lip balm SPF 20. Comes in a couple different tints. Love the switching off the colors!

We used "Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25" last time there, worked great, got it off Amazon, had quite a few different flavors.

I bought one from dermatologist that is clear but has zinc oxide in it. Will find out how good it works in a few weeks. Tired of burned mouth lips.

Anything with zinc oxide is the best-if you can find that, get it. They don't sell it where I live anymore (or its just hidden well) but other than that, like you, my lips always burn-to the point where they swell up. I call it free collagen, the bee stung look, etc. The sun in Cancun laughs at my 20-30 spf lip balm..last year they burned so bad I went to the gift shop in the hotel and bought the strongest they had-Australian Gold 50 SPF face guard-for face and lips. It worked...but spent $14 on it there. I'm sure your local walmart or walgreens has it for $5-6 bucks.

Burn mine all the time to Paula. I find blistex or balm makes it worse.
