173 this morning. SALT .. I HATED YOU ! -1.2 pounds ! My legs are still hurting so I will train my chest and arm today ! :angrymad:
Still working hard. Work out twice yesterday and I had a killer leg day today. Tomorrow may be painful. I am also keeping my calories around 1200 - 1300 still. I had on day at 1500. Still fine, here's hoping the end of the week brings great things.
I've been aiming for 1400-1600 a day but out of town for the week and eating out every meal I've been closer to 1800. Can't wait to get home Friday and head straight to the gym!
172.2 Pounds this morning -.8 pounds =D for a total of 2 pounds this week =D Can't be happier ! I'm scare for the weekend tho as we have a race !! I'll try not to have a simple sip of alchool, + I will only drink shake because the only thing they have to eat it's fast food ! -.-
I was up a 1 lb and now I am down again. I have been hitting the weights hard so if it's muscle it's fine. My clothes fits way better and I feel better. Doubling up workouts on the weekend and the weather is awesome here so maybe I can get out and walk. Definitely going shopping , my favourite sport.
I get told time and time again don't weigh you self go on how your clothes fit cos muscle weighs more than fat .but I cant help but weigh my self
Down another 1.2lbs this week. Missed working out for 4 days while out of town so I was pleasantly surprised. 4 weeks and 19lbs to go!
Well lost 6 lbs real quick and now I am stuck. I am working out daily. I start an intense weightlifting program. I measure smaller, look smaller but he'll that number is important. I usually don't mind getting stuck but this early into it, really is pissing me off. Lol trying so hard to keep negative thoughts away and stay focused on spring, April and 20.lbs lighter. Just keep working, I keep telling myself. F&$k you scale is what I am thinking though.
Weight can fluctuate so wildly just on water intake. You can burn 7000 calories and rather than lose 2 lbs you gain 2 just because you are retained water. Just remember if you burn more calories than you eat you WILL lose weight. Trust your diet, workouts, and measurements and the weight will catch up eventually.
