I love my room there. I like loud music, no issues but turn the music off and I wake up. If I am tired I will sleep through anything. If you want to sleep undisturbed though it's probably not for you as people can party there till 5:00 am and then kitchen starts up around 7:00 am moving stuff around down the hall. Second or third floor is better to avoid this noise. My husband snoring disturbs me more than the music.

I guess it depends where in Building 2 you are located. We stayed in Room 2229 a few months back and could not hear Paty'O at all, even during the loudest times.

You couldnt pay me to have a room near Patyo's. We are both very light sleepers so when its time to knock out the only noise we want is a fan or an A/C blowing. Had some friends stay by Paty'o last Halloween. They could bear the noise they said. Next day at the front desk "Can we change rooms please, we need sleep!"

Last year our room was on the second floor above Paty O's. I (Lisa) thought it was going to be terrible however it really wasnt all that bad. It's in a nice central location in the resort so everything is easy to get to and I found I was able to sleep anytime after 2am if I wanted. That's around when they turn off the music, yes there is still talking and laughing etc but it wasnt bad. Some people we spoke with bring ear plugs if needed

We stayed in room 2103 right next Paty'O in December. It was REALLY loud, especially the first night until about 2am. Kind of hard to sleep that night, but the rest of the nights we were part of the party so it didn't matter. Location is excellent for a quick stop back at the room. Nice room though and I will ask for it again. If you want to sleep every night though this probably isn't the best spot to pick.

It was not good for us. We do not usually stay up late every night and we like it quiet. I request over by the quiet pool or get a jacuzzi room as we did for our next trip.

I am the same, wife however can sleep thru anything, but I am always on an alert...we had a room right above the bar and it was just too much noise even after the music stopped...we moved the next day, you can check out our pics their is a pic with a view from our room towards outside, the view was nice but that was all.
