Newbie coming down with 3 friends April 15th. I've been to probably 20 resorts and travelled all over the world. People are almost fanatical on this site. Main suggestions have been to never leave the resort as we will miss out on all the partying. My buddies and I love to party hard and actually quite happy to spend most of our time in the pool bar and the night bar as well. I'm sure lots of you have been to many other destinations. How much of the chatter is hype? Is it really going to be a life changing event? LOL I hope so but a little sceptical. I don't want any grief over this post either. It seems you aren't allowed to say anything resembling any negativity without being slammed. Bottom line. I'm hoping it is even half as much fun as reported. I'll become an April addict for sure!!
Only you and your buddies can make it or break it as there is as much fun there as you can handle and more if you figure that out. We are not that far off from newbies ourselves and part of the excitement the first time is the unknown factor about the resort and what you read on this forum. If you are anything like us it will turn out far better than this forum even makes it appear. Here's to you all having the time of your lives and then start to repeat it often!

Remember, most of the people writing comments on this site, and the vast majority of guests at TTR come as a couple, so their perspective will be different than those coming as singles. For a comfortable, confident couple, the place is magical. Coming as singles and looking for action it might be a little different though. You'll easily make friends, but I wouldn't count on anything more than that. I hope some of your buddies are women who can balance things out for you.

I came as a single dude last trip and now I am honored to have my girlfriend and two additional couples join me. This place is what you make of it! Its not a giant orgy... you will see naked breasts to the point when you are in the airport on your way home you become pissed that everyone is wearing clothing, while planning your next trip back You will read this on several forums... be respectful! The overwhelming majority of girls and couples are NOT bringing their hot girlfriends and wives to temptations for you as a single dude to have sex with! They, however do like them to make out with other women... so watch and respect what it is. If they want you to participate, they will ask you. Do not think your shit don't stink! Don't touch them unless they invite you too. Remember this... if you can't get laid at home... than you will have a harder time at temptations too. I would recommend going off reaort to meet some girls at the clubs... however, travel with temptations people, they are the BEST! -KCCO
What? Did I miss a memo someplace or just read that wrong? I seriously doubt most hot girls and wives were brought down as a buffet for single guys. I know one that was not.
