I take an Advil in the am, good breakfast and do a "Red Eye" (tomato juice and cervaza). What works for you?

More alcohol. When you are at TTR you don't allow yourself to get sober!!!

Never heard of Gastrolyte...looked it up. Ingrediants are similar to Pedialyte.

    Next trip: Apr 23-May 1, 2015

Ya, I guess it's basically the adult version of pedialyte.....Getting ready for our first trip we actually went to get pedialyte and the pharmacist suggested Gastrolyte as the pedialyte was for kids and the only type they had was pre mixed......The gastrolyte was in individual packets that you mix in water........works like a charm

Hangovers are mostly due to dehydration from alcohol. If I stay hydrated, I usually feel better the next day.

Two things.... not quite scientific... lol

1 - a ceasar at the bar..... a little hair of the dog, coupled with some omega 3 and fish oil in the clamato, helps to balance you out.

2 - to the dehydration point above, match a water to a drink a points through the day, and take two multivitamins and a vitamin C before bed, with a 32oz glass of water. In addition to dehydration, your body uses minerals and vitamins to process out alcohol. Replenish those, you usually are at worst tired.

We bring Gatorade packets and I drink a big glass before bed with a few Advil. Works great
