If No A/C is an ongoing, widespread issue...they absolutely need to get that taken care of as a priority. I've just never known anyone who's had any A/C issues beyond a few people on this thread. As with most things, a handful of people with a legitimate complaint almost always make some noise about it...I would too. I just haven't seen many "No A/C" threads. If there is an actual widespread problem...I'd have expected to hear more individuals making noise about it. Instead, I see a handful of the thousands of CCC members who have had issues. I agree that it would suck if you need A/C to be comfortable...and the resort definitely should address it. Urgent in Mexico and urgent in Chicago just seem to be two different things.
GandM....Dammit, when we checked in on the 2nd they offered us rm 5334. We asked if they had something a little closer to the pool.....Guess we should of stuck with that room...LOL
Well out of the 5-6 other couples we met and spoke to at the resort they all mentioned the same thing - no AC.
Funny I can remember that I had that room on my first trip. But if you would have asked me when I was there, I never knew what room I was in, and defiantly tried to get in the wrong ones. The AC worked in the room in Sept 13.
