I've been reading a lot in the Temptation forum and that sounds like a hell of a good time. Is Golden anything like TTR or is it just a boring adults only resort.
Nothing compares to TTR. everything else is lame and boring. those that go elsewhere and go on the Boobs Cruise all wished they booked at Temptation.
We've been there twice and did trip reports here and here. Boring, I guess is whatever you make of it? They don't do adult sexy games during the day, but that doesn't mean you can't do that yourself. Especially in the hot tub. We went on the Boobs Cruise last year during the Chaos Crew time, and I would say definitely the Tiki bar at night of our last trip was wilder than the cruise. Nothing against the cruise, it was great, but there was some crazy stuff going on at GP. It has a great beach, staff, and hot tub that would put it above Temptation. It doesn't have the volume of crazy people or the daytime activity of Temptation so that would be something to consider. When you read threads about the air not working at Temptation, all the complaints, and noticing people looking elsewhere(mostly Desire) than you start-to think about going somewhere else. That certainly doesn't mean the GP doesn't have it share of problems. If it's raining there is a chance that some rooms will leak. It seems like problems are only a big deal if they happen to you. We never had any, so no complaints. The die-hards at GP, and there are a lot on there Facebook page brag about the staff and service all the time. I don't know if it's better or worse than anybody else, but they are very nice in my opinion, and go out of their way to help in anyway possible.
this is SOOOOO true!!! gp is fantastic tho, but once you go on steves boob cruise, you wish you stayed at temptations.
i made that mistake last year. it won't happen again i even went as far as to try to sneak in the sexy pool after the Boobs Cruise. that lasted about 15 min.
We went to GP before TTR and honestly the only thing we remember is Jose at the Tiki bar. Everything else was pretty much boring, not bad, just like every other resort in México.
Did security catch you that fast. It was nice to see you on the Boobs Cruise. looking forward to partying with you both this year
