I have booked a reservation with Alpharooms in July but I screwed up my email address (damn spell check!). I originally had a previous reservation in July but wanted to add another day so I cancelled and booked the reservation mentioned above. Alpharooms charged me a cancellation fee. I emailed Alpharooms about the fee. Corey informed me that they would reimburse the fee As long as I made a new reservation and could provide the reservation number. here is the kicker... I can't give them a number because the email address was put in wrong. So they have charged me a $65.00 cancellation fee and they have my $10.00 deposit for my new reservation. They told me I needed an email address or number to find the reservation. Why can't they just look up my name and tell me the number and change the email address?????
You can try to call them to get this fixed. But I believe they go by your reservation #! Try +44 114 268 7000 ! Remember the time difference when calling plus the charges to call the UK. I had to do it when I had a problem with them. Also try FB! They sometime help you there!
*sigh* They just cancelled my nice low cost room that I had. :-/ Haven't responded to me yet (just found out today)....not happy with them right now.

Has anyone looked at Alpharooms.com lately. . I went in to add 1 day to our trip and there is the cheap option and then it says all inclusive in a different option that is 100 higher. .. Isn't everything all inclusive?
Jess.. ya their online thing is kind of funny. . You have to play around and change the days you want by 1 day in both directions before it will give toy the ones you really want. . But I've just never heard of the all inclusive not being included. . Afraid to book it and get there and not get a wrist band lol
lol .. It's really mess up my brain.. When it says all inclusive it'S AI ! Room only, it's more expensive ( i don't know why ). In any case book the all inclusive and just bring you're confirmation page you should ne fine =) :huepfen021:
