exactly my thoughts,... 25 in 3 months.. i think i got this..... my trick was to buy the bikini i want and hang in obviously in my bedroom so i have that visual reminder..... my issue is that work gets in the way,, no room for working out with 18 hour work days,,,, no excuses.. we got this people! :xyxthumbs:
I was 139 this morning that's a 3lb loss in 3 days don't know if that's right or not ! I couldn't help not weigh my self I'll leave it till Thursday now and that will be a week
If you don't like the gym try the classes instead zumba, step, body pump. yoga etc it is much more fun to exercise to music with other people than try to do 45 mins on a bike or treadmill. Or if that's not your thing try dancing instead, we dance twice a week (modern jive) and when your enjoying yourself for 3 hours you don't even think of the pain. You look pretty good to us!! as they say some women are never happy hahahahaha!!
Love going to the gym . Have a p.t , do class , and my own work outs I do mini circuits with weights and cardio I mix it up cos I get board easy doing the same thing
Ok so I'm late starting here but I'm in on this exercising together...I try to go to the gym 5 days a week...I do have a personal trainer I go to two times a week and she kicks my ass...I run 2 miles in the morning before my workout...I have to tone up...not much on the weight loss but just wanna look good in the bathing suit when I get to TTR on 4/11...Eating right is my bad ...I just can't do it...I try so hard but sometimes I eat and sometimes I don't..not healthy...maybe if I work with others I can do it...lol...
Instead of eating french frie or candy .. Try This: Chocolate frozen yogurt. La source Or any Greek yugurt with 0 % of fat. ( 2 ). Put a scoop of protein shake chocolate one ( or any flavor you like ). Mixte them until everything is mixte together. Take 2 bowls and put them in the freezer and eat it when they are froze. Actually really good and almost no carbs =)
