pounds off for April 2015

    We bounce around for 25 minutes every day with Shaun T... :huepfen013: and eat sensibly of course. Has worked well, and feel like it's something we can sustain for the rest of our lives too which is nice. Can also still eat and drink fair naughty at times!

    I really love the new Shaun T T25 myself also. I liked the insanity program, but I am not able to, most of the time, wake up an hour early to work out. Although I did this morning since Friday is double day, I can do that one day a week.

    On another note, I have lost 14.5 lbs since August doing P90X3 (which I finished right before we went to TTR the first week of Oct.) and am now doing the T25. A ton of my clothes are practically falling off of me, which wouldn't be too big of a problem at TTR but at work it is so annoying. LOL I also take the GNC AMP weight loss/rip pack (I can't remember the exact name of the supplements). This is what has made all the difference in the world for me. I love these supplements. You don't feel jittery at all on them, but they still help control my appetite.

    So how everyone doing ?
    Still loosing weight ?

    Just check out on everyonery =)

    As for for me.. I stop my diet back then at the end of october
    then with christmas and alot of drinking I eat whatever I found I gain like 7 pounds back
    And for the first week back on track I lost 5 pounds =)
    So I should be around 173 next week =)
    If I do everything correctly with an average of 3 pounds per week.
    I should be around 147 by mid march. that will be amazing, but I don't believe in Santa claus so ..
    If I can be 157 I'll be happy =D

    Try it works wraps they really do work and of coarse watch what you eat!!

    ( I already know their wrap thing ) .
    and you want it so hard to work it that you psychologicly you make it work.. lol

    IT's like believing in Santa claus !

    I am totally on this wagon too. I am hoping to get healthier with my weight and inches.....

    The working out is easy for me because I actually really enjoy it....but can someone just follow me around all day and slap the food out of my mouth and say "bad girl...no!".....

    Lol I eat 6 time a day ! :) no I'm never hungry =D
