Omg. For me only one time a day as I don't really get any sunburns. ( on the morning . ) FPS 30. Put 50 l'oreal Paris in my face and nivea I don't know what else on my lips .. next things I know my lips are white.. wonder what I did ? Ben twice a day, FPS 60. ( copertone in spray waterproof ).
We're there for 2 weeks again this year. We bring different SPA lotions for the whole vacation. I use 4-6 my husband the white boy uses 15-30 an occasional 8. We bring about 8 bottles of sunscreen and use about all of it. I rather bring more from home than spend $30 for it atTTR when we buy it here for $6. Lip sunscreen is a MUST and I like wearing a hat.
The spray on stuff is great for the single guy stripe, but a good lotion is far better protection, and better for tanning.
lol.. Well he prefer the spray stuff. I hate it. I take Ombrelle for me and I put cream myself even on my back
