Hi All: We have not been to TTR and are looking to go in April. It sounds like Patty O's is the place to be at night.....but do people go to the disco at some point? I haven't really read anything about the disco here. We have been to Desire and love to dance in the disco! Thanks. Matt & Suzanne
Patty O or Nice Soes? Patty O is where most people hang out. Nice shoes is more for the shows the resort puts on.
We usually went to Nice Shoes for about an hour and a half from about 9:30 to 11:00 and then went to Patyo´s until 2:00am or even 5:00am. Fun, Fun, Fun wherever you are.
They have really tried to make nice shoes a better place to hang out especially if weather is not cooperating! Nice new stage, but I've heard some say the smell (musty like) hasn't gone away, I didn't really notice but had a great time regardless
Nice Shoes was such a better place to hand out before Margaritas took over the spot it used to be...open air with stadium seating and a very large round dance floor in the center. Having said that...we do love eating at Margaritas, so I guess it's a break-even trade.
Our vote for priority #2 with renovations (priority 1 being real community hot tub) is a club/disco replacing nice shoes that has good Ac, no smell, easy access bar, dance floor and some lounge seating. Nice shoes misses currently on all those fronts. Pattyo's is your place to be!
Having a larger, nicer (indoor) location would really help when a streak of bad weather hits as well...last time we were there they had a run of 3-4 days of all-day ran. Sort of puts a damper on things. Fortunately it hit at the end of our trip...
Dance at Patyo's. Nice Shoes is such a waste of time. We don't even bother with the shoes.it's nap time till the music comes on at Patyo's.
True.. Even when the show are there it's so warm .. It's like the cigar lounge.. waste of space ! They should put a restaurant over there and change one of the restaurant to an indoor / Outdoor dance floor !
