Does anyone know if there are any books left behind by other guests and if so, where can they be found?:flaguk:
Hi , why do you want books, do you intend to have time to read ?? Ok, yes some folks do read around the quiet pool, but if this is your first time at TTR, forget the reading, just enjoy the Sexy Pool...nothing like it, amazing fun all day and a great atmosphere. Make sure you book a Boobs Cruise with Steve, that's something else......Just plan to party :lotsofmichaelfs:
Thanks for your response but although I love to party....I enjoy a bit of quiet time as well. I don't like Kindles and as I get through 100 pages an hour, I would prefer NOT to have to pack reading material and bring more pairs of shoes
To simply answer your question, no there is not a library or a book share. But you will now get a million comments saying you can't/shouldn't read at Temptation. It's your vacation, do whatever you want. I know personally I wouldn't physically even be able to read there. The menus hurt my brain.
Many times we have found books in the sports bar or the area you go to book tours etc. check your flights, which is beside the sports bar. We've left books and have found other books. We love our quiet time reading... can't say for sure you will find any but we have a few times in the past.
We did a fair bit of reading on our first trip and even though we enjoy the party in the sexy pool more now we still bring our Kindles and make time to read. Being slightly introverted I need some "hamster ball" time to recharge and some time on the beach reading is good for that. Despite the posts indicating otherwise it really is your holiday and you can do what you want. That being said you may find yourself not doing the things you thought you'd want to before leaving. Have a fantastic time and find your own level of enjoyment. Remember the motto, nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit.
Long story short, don't count on finding too many books when you get there. You'll be better off to throw one or two in your bag when you come down. However, you will likely be surprised at how much time you spend socializing. TTR tends to have that effect on people.
This is true. I've seen books there too. Never actually touched them or had anything to do with them, but will vouch that they have indeed existed at some point in the past and may still today.
Books are amazing chair-saving items. Not only do you pre-project scholarly images of yourselves prior to your actual arrival, but books are like kryptonite to many at TTR.
