    I've got man flu not been gym for 4 days gutted and my health eating has slipped

    Down another pound and stayed steady through Glenn's 50th birthday party.

    Gained a couple back. Damm oh well after Xmas. I haven't worked out with this shitty calf muscle.

    Over the holidays is super tough! That's why I love working out at home. Quick 30 minutes, drink my shakeo, and I'm good for the day! I've definitely smartened up on the food front. Down about 15 lbs in the past few months!

    Man flu again !!! It's gone to my chest now no gym for me . Hope I don't do to much damage over xmas with all the food and drink

    I've gain almost 10 pounds ( I hate X-mas ). too much food and alcohol lol

    Happy happy only put 2lb in 3 weeks of eating and drinking crap back at the gym even tho am not 100 % yet not doing much cardio but more weights as my chest is still bad
