Last year I had to cancel my may trip broke my leg a week b4 so with any luck I should be checking in on the 10th /24th ...been a personal trainer for over 25 yrs and I have never built a program for myself till now .20 week makeover will be posting on utube every week on my training and b4 and after ... now 207 pounds 12% bodyfat goal 220 pounds 8/10% bodyfat ...now that I am book should give me even more reason TO BUST MY ASS in the gym...
