It has been a week now with no reply. I entered a ticket to cancel my trip with them and notified my CC company. Rebooked with Orbitz and saved another $200 US for the same trip.
Kudos to you for saving money by booking elsewhere. Alpharooms is not always the best option when booking at Temptation, glad you were able to get the most bang for your buck. :aktion033:

which brings in a question , shouldn't a travel company have a 24/7 international phone line should problems arise on your flight dates or in transit , or on your return flight? sometimes the best price can become a vacation nightmare.

I think the web site needs some modernization. It's not very user friendly. It is simple, but becomes useless if there is any kind of a problem.
Not sure who closed it, it wasn't me I was on the boat all day yesterday and I don't think in 12 years I have ever closed a thread without giving a reason. Anyway, I've opened it again.
