This will be our second time to TTR but first to book with alpharooms. Logged in to confirm flight times and seat assignments to find out our flight reservations had been cancelled. The folks at alpharooms won't return emails as well. Anyone else had trouble with them?
Yes...I also had some problems with Alpharoom. Customer service is very poor. I found the best way to get things fixed is to call them. Can get expensive. U can also try to get a hold of them through their Facebook account. Hope this helps. Again..they are very slow to respond so you'll have to wait a bit.
They are VERY slow to respond and it takes two or three tries for them to get it right. I doubt that we will use them again, although their prices are great! BTW, we were not able to find a phone number. Can you post it here?
I messaged them on facebook and got a response within a few hours on Sunday. They also sent the phone number.
I have tried to use the website but it keeps having issues. Is anyone else having any issues? We are in Iowa and have some concerns with using them but they seem to have good prices.
I ended up canceling with alpharooms and going with Orbitz. Price was $250 US cheaper also. Once I submitted my cancellation ticket they started responding but it was too late...I already had my mind made up. TTR here we come...2/16 - 2/22
