Hi everyone, I am coming there for the 3rd time tomorrow. Usually I'm to hung over to hit a gym but in the off chance I find a sober point in my trip with a little energy I may want to work out. Does anyone know if there is a gym, and if so, is it any good? I'm more into weights than cardio. Thanks!
yes. there's a well equipped gym, similar to what you would find in any typical resort. But face it, you've been 2 times already and haven't used it. Why would you break your winning streak? LOL PS. Its upstairs over by the quiet pool.
Great, thanks! It's nice to know, but I will probably have a lot of excuses not to work out. I'm going for 10 days though so who knows.
I managed the gym a few times when I was there last time don't know how ! The gyms not that big . Has some weights and machine not the most up to date tho and a couple of bikes and treadmills .
There is yoga as well if you would like to partake, but basically after partying at Patyo's until 3:00 in the morning and a patyo burger before bed your lucky to get to the sexy pool by 10:00, but hey don't forget about the green shit for breakfast. ,will make a huge difference. Have a blast, skip the gym, it only ruins your buz, with any luck you'll still have one in the morning and drink the green shit. ....Blonde
Hey don't worry I will still be partying that will always come first that's what am there for :lotsofmichaelfs:
I go with the best intentions. - Trip #1 = 2 workouts. 1st was right after we got there (before drinking began). 2nd was day 3, and it was 'suggested' by my wife and another guest that I was too drunk still and should leave before I hurt myself. - Trip #2 = .25 workouts day 2. Couldn't do anything and looked like I never lifted a weight before. We all got a good laugh, I left happy, showered and hit the sexy pool. Never tried again.
One of the ladies we met last summer summed it up perfectly: I work out so I can come here but I don't come here so I can work out. And then we did more shots.
