Usually after dinner...unless you are trying to check off adventure from your bucket list :xyxthumbs: like we did @ Desire...:ernaehrung015:
We visited TTR for the 1st time Nov 8-15. We debated between dressing for themes based upon the TTR website and CCC. We checked out the vibe and participation at Paty-O's after dinner and based on that, we decided whether to dress to theme or not. During our stay the CCC themes did not get followed, it was mainly the resort's themes. We dressed to some themes, and it was fun ! lingerie was huge as was schoolgirl. In the end, dress as you wish. As long as you are smiling and exuding that TTR spirit, it's all good We're planning to returning May and Nov 2015. Look forward to meeting you all !
You have sussed it correctly Most weeks, out of 52....CCC themes are just flat out lame participation. we are vets of 19 trips and themes are rarely adhered to. unless a major long-standing group (e.g. addicts, mayhem, junkies) are there, themes from CCC are silly. And you will possibly feel dorky if you go, thinkin themes are the secret to fun. most folks on here don't realize that, most weeks, 50%+ of Temptation guests have never heard of CCC, nevermind a nightly obscure CCC theme. In the grand scheme, nightly CCC themes add jack squat value to PatyO's enjoyment meter.
We always head to the room with a drink to change after dinner. I crank up channel 12 while Jamie does her wardrobe change. Dinner is more elegant/sexy...Paty'Os is more like an outfit that would warrant an indecent exposure ticket back home. I always follow the restaurant dress code for guys for dinner...linen pants, dressy shirt and shoes.
