So last year when we were there (Feb 2014), the upper deck was open to regular members (it was premium the year before 2013) but the hot tub was not working and a little sketchy to be honest.

Does anyone know if they have updated this hot tub area yet by the sexy pool?
Sketchy hot tubs are a no no.......:partyhorn:

We were there in mid October and I checked it out. Colder than the pool water and a little cloudy looking. It was daytime and no one was up there. A nice large hot tub area for those cooler fall/winter evenings sure would be a nice improvement.

We get there in 16 days - on a referral week. I really want to hear that this is working by then!!

I agree a nice large hot tub would be an improvement. Or even a few smaller ones around the resort would be nice.

Last year hubby and I went up there to check it out and it was luke warm. If I remember correctly there is a faucet that you can turn on to fill it up?

My memory could be off due to too many wet pussies...lol

We were at TTR Nov 8-15. The hot tub was being used frequently. We used it twice - the 1st time it was hot and felt great - the week was not very humid so when clouds blocked the sun it got quite cool even in the pool.
The 2nd time we used it the water temp was very lukewarm and with the wind blowing was not very comfortable. The knobs did not help change the temp.

    Hope you enjoy !

    another hot tub question

    Hi All,

Newbies here, looking forward to our first time in a couple weeks. We're not sure we understand the hot tub situation. Are the 7 "jacuzzis" we see in the pics at hot tub temperature, or are they just jets in the pool water? Hopefully the water is hot for after the sun sets? We were not following the discussion about this other special hot tub.

    Thanks!
    Frank and Mary

the 7 jaccuzzi s are just jets in the pools
The ''hot tub'' in question is a 6 (or8) person tub on top of the washrooms,, that is not always hot.

Yeah, when they say hot tub, think bath tub. Has taps and everything.

And the "Jacuzzi"'s in the pool are just deepened circular areas in the poolwith jets in them.

Actually when we were there in October there was hot water coming out of the jets in these tubs. Once it mixed with the pool water it didn't make much difference, but I could sit there with my feet on the jet and keep warm. It was sorta like putting your feet in front of a space heater in a cold room.
