As I am getting ready to book our 9th trip to TTR, I ran across this review of Temptation. It made me laugh to be described in this way! It seems like a low budget trashy swingers resort for rejects. The drinks are watered down, food is repetitive, the rooms have dirty sheets. I can go on. You can spend the same amount of money and go to a nice clean resort.

But the place is creepy. I had a fake spa service charged on my room. I didnt pay it but the attitude of the front desk clerk was unbelievable. Do not recommend it. After having read other Tripadvisor reviews before we went we were aware of a couple of things to look out for which was really helpful. Although the room was very inviting it was slightly shabby, we loved the 'mood' lighting and didn't turn it off the entire time we were there. The food and alcohol was really only OK. We had our best meals at the Italian restaurant. The Asian was a little disappointing, but given we have travelled much of south east Asia our expectations are probably unfairly high. The cheap alcohol was a bit disappointing, the good stuff is only available to 'members'. The absolute best thing about Temptation were the people, we had such a great, sexy time and met some awesome people! The quiet pool was by far our favourite, in saying that we had a great time at the sexy pool too. At times it pays to get up reasonably early to make sure you can secure a lounge for the day, especially for the sexy pool (or make sure you make some friends who will save you one!) this wasn't so much of an issue at the quiet pool. Complimentary wifi would be a great inclusion as most hotels and airports offer it these days. Definitely ask for a room away from the Paty'o lounge, but overall we would recommend Temptation to anyone. Have not been to Temptation yet (monday will be my debut) but I really like the part of the review that says the women are as bad as the men... Think maybe Ill meet my match.... Lolllllll
