Sorry to here that. Its always good when our TTR peeps get a good deal. Its bad for Alpha rooms cause they get alot of business from Cancun care , and they should not want to blemish their reputation, ( after giving confirmations )
I was planning on using Alpharooms to book for June..Is this normal for them or out of the norm? I'm kinda concerned that when I go to book it only asks for 1 persons info not for the both of us..should I be concerned?
My question is that if I continue the booking and pay the additional amount what is to prevent them from increasing the cost again? According to their terms it would be punitive to cancel later?
Yes, smart business practice in this case would be to acknowledge the mistake then eat the current losses realizing the net effect, in future, of doing so would far outweigh the negative dip in income. Somewhat related to this, I had a dream last night that we were at TTR for an entire month. Now for sale, one slightly damaged alarm clock.
Yah, they presented to us the "WAIVER" which required signatures upon arrival/check-in that read (and I am paraphrasing here), in the future, if Alpharooms should ever reflect similar target pricing for Temptation Resort & Spa, we will not cash in/reap its benefit - LOL!!! Our August 2012 trip was crazy, dirt cheap - it was wicked good ...
theses company's have Terms of agreements put together by high priced lawyers that we agree too on check out.
