during our recent Halloween stay, the cigar lounge lights were always on at night. I love the 5000 block rooms. mainly storage space, ac works well. but party there would be nice also.
I actually like the 4000 building. The first time we went, we were on the top floor toward the end of the building. Yes our "personal" balcony overlooked the street but the large group balcony, used to access the rooms, had a great view of the ocean. We used to sit out on the balcony (naked, with a drink) in-between the sexy pool time and dinner and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor. On the way to Patty-O's one night we stumbled upon the cigar bar.

What does this mean? I'm trying to understand. It sounds like you're saying On several occasions you watch some guy suck a storey (stogie?) for up to three hours or until you get sick. Can you explain this better? This sounds like a strange hobby. Or maybe I don't grasp the meaning of what you said.
We went to a private event there last year. Was fun, the alcohol they used was bottom of the barrel though. "Blue mother fuckers" were so bad, I almost spit it out.
