white out Ah winter has arrived in Michigan! Experiencing our first lake effect white out of the year! Interstates closed due to trucks jackknifed, slide offs etc. etc. Boarding the plane next week for TTR can't come soon enough! Hang on you east coast people it is headed your way!
Mmmm temperature of 75! We received a light dusting of snow yesterday and woke up to -20 Celsius with the wind chill! We are officially ready to get the hell out of here and off to Cancun! 2 more sleeps to go!
Getting prepared. We know we are expecting a dusting of snow overnight into tomorrow morning. Dusting is okay! Thankful that that's all it is. Booking flights out of Boston for this time of year (I'm sure from Canada too) is always "iffy". What "iffy" we get a nor'easter the day we are suppose to leave???? Ha...not this time. I sit here in the moments. Yup,,,,,finally the moments before we head off to bed for a sleepless night because in a few more hours the LONG AWAITED GET TOGETHER will be real.
