Ironically this is a job both of us have done previously at family resorts in europe. Maybe we should bring our CV's and get applying. Sure we could adjust to Temptation entertainment style instead of families since we have been here numerous times and know what the crowd like!
JJ is actually doin a really good job under some poor circumstances. imagine how good he could be with some better talent on staff
never know maybe the activity staff reads these posts give them some constructive criticism. and let them know what you want from them. I want to play bingo instead or music trivia all I know is country music. little rock. naked twister would work. horse shoes tournament
We were there for 2 weeks, came back to reality on 11/1. I spoke to JJ quite often. 2 new gals were supposed to start 11/3. He said he wasn't sure if they would show up, as sometimes that happens. But they did have experience. One was from the US, the other from Canada. Those that were there last week might be able to say if they newbies made it. JJ was great. All the usual games. Horseshoes, volleyball (beach and tequila), Mr & Mrs Temptation, Beer Olympics, Bellyflop, etc. The gals that were there were relatively new, and shy. But I could tell the difference from our first day to the last they were warming up. If the new gals did start, they would have a robust staff, and help the others as well. Overall, I thought the staff was OK, and much better than I anticipated after reading other posts before we went.
JJ is a hoot, Daniel is from Sea Adventure and I'm sure the vibe is different and he is doing his best to transition. Both very friendly flirty and fun. One of the girls has only been there 3 weeks....so it is a place like no other and I',m sure it takes some time to get used to. I wont get the names right but I believe Yennette the blonde is the 3 week one and Drianna (I know I have it wrong, but close) is very social and fun. I too was expecting a dull time but they did a great job and JJ changed a bunch of the "norms" us vets expect and that added some unexpected fun
our first trip to TR we had Chinos and he was awesome. we were there for hotties N hellraisers 13 & 14 and most activities seem the same but now dated. everyone on staff are trying. it seemed they start them too early in the day before the pool gets crowded and rolling.. if they started games after lunch we think they would get more involvement and some wilder outcomes. i can't remember any of the girls names and JJ does try hard. the rock band at the pool was awesome and a great change up. It really doesn't matter since we always meet so many cool people and spend most of the day laughing in the pool anyway. for Real entertainment we never miss a steve's :flash: cruise..... the 2nd best part of every trip..DK
Some of the activities were fun to watch. I think there were new girls starting and they were still learning their jobs. It got rather repetitive after a week and the shock valve of FU and WET PUSSY got tiresome. I think a more creative dialogue and more varied games could have made the entertainment better. They didn't run a couple of games because of lack of participation and that might of been because they burnt out the usual volunteers. I didn't go there for the entertainment staff but I wasn't that disappointed by them either. Other resorts had hit and miss activities to and besides some ladies parading around the pool were providing better entertainment. Like two ladies deciding whip cream tastes better when shared on each others breasts. A sight we appreciated and have never seen at other resorts we visited so far!
I think the entertainment staff did try and be edgy and hip and it just seem more lame and crude at times. I liked it when it was funny, sexually daring or revealing, and people participated. A little swearing was ok but at times it just hid a lack of creative energy and dialogue.
Why did they have to stop people stripping down to their birthday suit for a game? I know that full nudity isn't allowed but in that context I didn't think it was inappropriate unless the participant was being stripped without their consent by another participate.
