135lb this week happy with a 1lb off with the amount of crisp I've eaten!!! Trained evey day last week no day off . Out this weekend so I probably won't lose next week
So I took a break for 2 weeks. Was tired to eat the same thing .. I took back few pounds ( and I ate like a pig ) .. I'll be back on track next monday.. So far 178.6 pounds which is already better than what I was before !
Off to work out. God something has got to give but he'll I tan what doesn't. At this point I'll take what I can get and work harder for April. Winter is for kicking my ass in shape.
Well, we are stoked. We drank and ate whatever we wanted and came home only up 2lbs each. Not too shabby for 8 days of decadence! It must have been all of the dancing.
Lucky I dance all the time and come back minimum 5lbs every trip. I used to run everyday there too. It's the booze for me. It screws up my blood sugar for at least a month after the trip. Not diabetic but still messes me up.
Back on track aince yesterday I was 178.4 now I'm 177.2 I know I didn't loose water suncr I drank 12 cup yesterday .. hell yeah I was thirsty
very happy spent 11 days at TTR, and only gained two pounds!! how that happened I will never know!! ate a lot!!! but we took a lot of long walks! I love walking the beach, or just through town. acl still a bit torn. getting old sucks, was racing phillip in july and stepped on uneven ground and tweeked it. don't think it needs fixing other than just letting it tighten on its own, but its the same one I torn almost completely through about 7 years ago or so. that hurt!! but will take it easy on it, but still work out. but nothing hard on the treadmill.
