I use one frequently - it contains a .40 semi-auto pistol, spare magazine and cell phone, etc. Much more comfortable than stuffed in the waistband and just as accessible. In Mexico, you will note almost all non-uniformed police (local and federales) use them since it's really the only effective way to conceal a full sized semi-auto pistol.
