I am curious as to why people chose to go to TTR for the first time

We were at a nude beach with another couple and on the drive back they told us all about TTR, that night we all booked our vacation together. This will be our 5th time back. WOOHOO

 

My wife actually found out about TTR after a night of googling adult only resorts. TTR grabbed our attention because of it being topless optional and the theme nights sounded amazing. But to be honest, these cancuncare forums were the reason we went. Everyone on these forums are amazing and it made our first experience at TTR even better. This november is our second time

 

After several trips to Cancun with another couple, we were researching adult-only hotels (no kids) and stumbled across Tempations. Lorie and I were intrigued, the other couple not so much. Later I found Cancun Care and we were hooked! Went the following year, and met so many great people and were definitely hooked. We have not looked back. The other couple has been asking us about Temptations every year, but they are concerned it would be too wild for them. That's one of the things we LOVE about his place, it is what YOU make it, from mild to wild to over the top.

We liked to alternate a resort vacation with cruises. Then the cruise line got rid of their topless deck in favor of a mini golf course. Cruises are pretty cool mostly...we both love to be on the water and seeing a different island each day is pretty cool...but there are just so many kids running around. Non-adult only resorts with kids in the bars at night isn't very sexy either. A quick Google search in 2006, quickly led us to Cancuncare and Temptation. There is truly no other place like it. For $1200 we can get 10-12 days including nonstop airfare from Minneapolis.

We both believe Temptation gives us exactly the vacation we are looking for. It's the people that make it work - the staff and our Cancuncare friends. Jamie would point out that she'd prefer a beach on the other side of the "7" with some crashing waves...but that's about the only thing. Well...I guess late at night, Jamie likes to push the Sports Pool Security guy's buttons with her fluency in Spanish. It is funny to hear him repeatedly tell her "No Nakey...No Sexo"...and she responds "Si Nakey...Si Sexo"!

 

We stayed at Sandals Negril, loved the adults-only atmosphere, were not very fond of Jamaica, and did not like the cost. One of my staff had stayed at BBG with some friends, and recommended the resort to Annette and I.

 

We Never get a chance to party at home (busy schedule, kid, family living too close to us) but from inside we are party animals and thts wat made us book TTR and we are hooked maybe bcuz we did not have a single bad experience in our 10 day trip. Not a single day we felt tht this day was bad maybe tomorrow will be better and not a single person made us feel uncomfortable (maybe few but not intentionally)

think my 1st visit to blue bay getaway was 2002... I went has a single and met lulu(lourdes) the best bar tender in the world....very rare to find a resort that makes the extra effort to make single females welcome and safe xxx so I used to head down twice a year..then I i think i met steve and janet 1st on one of there famous bar crawls in 2005???became one of their family lol... and obviously set sail on their booze cruise(which was named in subsequent years boob cruise..became addicted to cancuncare.com.. in 2008 met JESSE(zurc) on cancuncare then in resort and started the annual chaos crewe meetups every november/december for solo travellers..obviously that snowballed into the 100 plus friends singles and couples that we know now...THANKYOU STEVE AND JANET for giving me something to look forward to every year and make me so many super friends from all over the world. xx lost count of visits over 20....looking forward to 20 more x

 

After 20+ of family vacations, my husband + I needed some time together, without the kids!

In 2011 we took our first kid-free vacation at Sandals in the Bahamas. It was luxurious, relaxing and very expensive. It was also a little boring at night.

This year, we ventured to Cancun for the 1st time. We had searched for adults-only all-inclusives and the ME Cancun was having a promotion. The ME was lovely, breathtaking and relaxing. Unfortunately, the ME was also a little quiet some nights. We also realized it wasn't technically adults-only as there were some children there. (There just weren't any activities for the kids, so I felt bad for them)

Luckily, in April, we got a chance to travel again. Yay! This time, we really wanted to have a good time. I saw reviews for Temptation on Trip Advisor and it sounded fun! I was a little leery regarding the "topless-optional" and the swinger reputation.

Once we got to Temptation, we both agreed it was just what we had been looking for all along. We can't imagine spending our vacations anywhere else!

We have traveled to several different places and expericened some great places but then we found TTR! A great time for everyone !
