Lost 70 lbs at one point. Can't do it without a lifestyle change. Now hormones are my pain. I still have the lifestyle, I know how to eat but lower estrogen and nothing friggin moves. I have to work out twice a day and eat strict to lose 5 lbs. such a pain.
I did read something on how different hormones effect your weight I'll try find it for u and send you the link . I have to go to the gym and be strict to lose a few lbs
I just goggled "my estrogon levels are stopping me losing weight " there are a lot of articles on it . Have a read if you already haven't see if anything helps Keep going !! I know it's a hard battle my self
136lb today getting there slowly! Gym 6 days a week . lots more of heavyweights lifting so don't expect to drop loads more put to gain more muscle and burn more fat
Gotta have to get my butt back in gear!! I'm embarrassed to go back to the gym because it's been so long but I'm gonna just have to bite the bullet and do it, because if I don't these extra 20# aren't going anywhere!
