Well Not the kind of diet I'm doing . Low carb High protein diet. A girl did it she lost 110 pounds 2 years ago.. She took 20 last summer due to depression ( she was eating pizza, poutine ( which is french fries with cheese curds and gravy sauce ). A diet is good if you know what you are doing. If not isn't good for you. + I can eat whatever want I want for dinner.. I can have eggs, veggies meats. ! Depends I guess which program you are doing... For me, it's FDA and medical approuve. They have a nurse and everything ! So if you have the right people by you to help you out well you're good to go
I started a fitness program this week (P90 from Beachbody), and I use MyFitnessPal to see the total of calories, carbs, fat, sodium, proteins and sugar..... I need to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, and this program makes a big difference in my food intake......I used to eat like a pig.....and doing very fine with keeping my calorie intake under 2000 a day.. Yep . At least even if I don't loose more I' mreally happy ... !! Gain 3 pounds since yesterday ( impossible ) just because I drink alot of water before went to bed !! Coffee help me this morning I sleeping at the table lol
Defo ! I've done every diet going the only thing that works is eating small portion,making better food choices and going to the gym . I still eat take aways And drink but not as often When you start a diet there is always end . And when you come to the end you just go back eating the way you did before you started it and put most or all of it back on . Make it a lifestyle change
