We are on the fence about upgrading, that's why we will wait until we get there, see what the rate is and make a decision then, we are torn for the reasons stated, cost vs actual time spent in room or Jacuzzi.
WRONG,,'' Jaccuzi rooms'' encircle the quiet pool , with a jetted tub on the balcony ''Jaccuzi suites'' ,, are Ocean front with a couch in the bedroom and large balcony. the tub is in the washroom. all on ground floor
If you are going to get particular. It depends on who you talk to or where you are booking to get exactly what you want. Case in point. The basic jacuzzi room that has the tub outside is called this on Travelocity "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Jetted Tub- All Inclusive" and this on Alpharooms "Jacuzzi All Inclusive" You are right that I use the word suite but I have heard that referenced at the resort by the front desk more times than I can count. As for the big suites (the ones where the tub is in the room that face directly towards the ocean and have more space) they are on ALL THREE floors. I know. I have been in them on both the second and third floor. Layout varies.
its 50 to 150 per night per room, suites can be even more unless you hit the right person at the desk
We've never paid extra for a different room. We book the standard room, and ask for a better room. They happily do it. Last April we were given the option to stay at Desire Pearl for 3 of the 10 nights, so we took it so we could try it. When we got back to Temptation, we were given a jacuzzi room for the rest of our trip. It was SWEET.
